Refund Policy
At She Shops In, your satisfaction matters. If your order didn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days.
1. Who Can Request a Refund
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
We accept all returns—opened, used, or unused. No questions asked.
2. What’s Not Returnable
Nothing is excluded. We accept all products for refund unless specifically marked “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase.
3. How Refunds Work
a. Submitting a Request
Email our support team at support@sheshopsin.com with your order number. That’s it—no explanation required.
b. Sending Items Back
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions to return the item to 857 N. 3490 W., Lehi, Utah 84043.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
c. Getting Your Money Back
After we receive the return, we’ll process your refund within 1–5 business days to your original payment method. It typically appears in your account within 7–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received something broken or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email support@sheshopsin.com with your order number and a quick photo of the item—we’ll send a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if needed.
5. Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?
If it’s been more than 10 business days since we accepted your return and you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank or card provider
- If there’s still nothing, email us at support@sheshopsin.com and we’ll help you out
